nicely designed lobbybathroom hairsexcessive minibar prices
the front desk staff seemed competent, and the lobby was nicely designed.
The room cleaning was not up to standard. there were hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. also, i found the minibar prices to be excessive for standard beverages. A bottle of water cost seven dollars, and i consider this price gouging, there was also no kettle in the room, made having tea difficult.

The staff was genuinely helpful. The location made it easy to walk to various points of interest. A NICE restaurant and bar were on site.
The minibar restock was sometimes inconsistent.

The hotel included well-protected lobbies. There was one outside and another inside. My room included a nespresso machine and a mini fridge. Complimentary drinks were APPRECIATED!!!

The location is close to many attractions. The room was clean upon arrival. I especially liked the complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge. They restocked it daily. The staff were helpful and very friendly (especially the concierge).
